Terms and Conditions


Client herein agrees and contracts with The Property Guardians, LLC for the services stated in the Service Agreement form and for all other services as requested by Client herein or future requested and for such services rendered as part of this Agreement. Client attests to having full ownership and/or authorization to contract services as the home owner of title or deed to said property. Client has further full authority to permit home and property access including all gated community access points. Client shall be responsible to inform all home and community security entities of agreement to have The Property Guardians, LLC personnel, enter the community and access the premises. False, inaccurate or incomplete information shall be the responsibility of the Client and shall void all responsibility of The Property Guardians, LLC.


The Property Guardians, LLC is not responsible for any damage to the property or missing items, switched, lost, damaged or stolen under any circumstances including but not limited to theft, vandalism, negligence of invited or uninvited individuals, or acts of nature. In such events Client agrees to look solely to its homeowners insurance for recovery.


We at The Property Guardians, LLC respect our clients’ confidential information and privacy. Any information collected by The Property Guardians, LLC will only be used internally by representatives of The Property Guardians, LLC to manage service requirements.
We will never make available any information to third parties with the exception as required by law.


Our services are for observation and reporting only, it is impossible for us to guarantee the safety or condition of your home. We also cannot warrant against break-in, vandalism or other acts of nature. Anything can happen at any time. The purpose of our service is scheduled observation and inspection which increases the chances of early problem detection before damage is created. Should a false alarm occur, we shall not be responsible for any costs incurred as a result of the false alarm while following client’s instructions for alarm operation.


A Service Agreement form must be completed and signed by the Client prior to any service commencement. Payments for scheduled services are paid in advance with the first month or contract Period paid prior to first service. All future payments must be received by the first of the month for which services are contracted for. Emergency, alarm response and other services covered by hourly fees shall be billed monthly and due by the first day of the following month. All payments received after the fifth calendar day of the service month due shall be subject to a 1.5% per month late charge. A $35.00 fee is charged for all returned checks plus bank fees.


Either party may terminate this Service Agreement at any time for any reason with a 30 day written notice.


The Client/homeowner hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Property Guardians, LLC, its agents, representatives, and employees from any and all liability that may result from all damage suits or claims in connection with the provision of the services described within this Service Agreement, and from all liability for injuries to person or property suffered or sustained by any person whomsoever. Client/homeowner agrees to carry adequate homeowners insurance to protect the interest of parties hereto.


In the event any claims and/or disputes arise from this transaction said dispute shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
